Amy V. Bianchini is a business litigation attorney who represents corporations. establishments, and individuals in business, general liability, and employment litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bianchini earned her law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2014. While in law school, she was a student attorney with W&L School of Law’s nationally-recognized Black Lung Legal Clinic, where she successfully represented a client before an Administrative Law Judge. Her work resulted in the client receiving federal black lung benefits.
Ms. Bianchini was a mock trial semi-finalist, and was a member of Washington and Lee’s National Mock Trial Team in 2013. She served as a judicial extern to the Hon. John A. Houston of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and as a law clerk for an established law firm in the Southwest. Ms. Bianchini also served as a law clerk to the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Southern District of California.
Born and raised in San Diego, Ms. Bianchini attended the University of California, San Diego, where she was squad captain of the women’s epee fencing team, and earned a silver medal at the 2010 U.S. National Championships in her division. She earned Provost’s Honors for ten quarters, and was a Gold Level Athletic Scholar for three consecutive seasons.
An action sports enthusiast, Ms. Bianchini can often be found rock climbing, both indoors and outdoors. She also enjoys hiking, backpacking, and visiting U.S. National Parks.
