Andrea R. Sitar is an associate attorney in the Los Angeles office of Klinedinst PC. Ms. Sitar represents professionals and business entities in matters relating to professional malpractice, employment, and business disputes.
Ms. Sitar focuses her practice on commercial and business litigation, professional liability litigation, insurance coverage and litigation, and securities litigation and arbitration. Ms. Sitar has experience in representing professionals and corporate entities in the long-term care industry, and has provided extensive risk management education and counseling services to her clients.
Ms. Sitar is presently a mentor to first year law students at Loyola Law School. While in law school, Ms. Sitar mentored for the Judge Stephen E. O’Neil Young Lawyers Mentoring Program, a program that trains high school students to conduct a mock trial. She also volunteered with the International Human Rights Clinic, where she helped to develop strategies for addressing human rights violations in Peru and Jamaica.
Ms. Sitar received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2013, and completed the International and Comparative Law Concentration with honors. Ms. Sitar graduated summa cum laude from Temple University, where she earned a B.A. in Anthropology. She received an A.A. from Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland.
