Anthony Soldato is a civil litigator who focuses on public entity and insurance defense. Mr. Soldato handles litigation and pre-litigation claims regarding personal injury, civil rights violations, real estate issues, and business torts, on behalf of cities, counties, and business entities.
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Soldato settled on the West Coast in 2001 while attending Santa Clara University. During law school at Santa Clara University, he focused on projects with various Bay Area public entities and pro bono efforts. He also represented clients as part of the Northern California Innocence Project, and obtained a certificate in International Law.
After earning his undergraduate and law degrees from Santa Clara University, Mr. Soldato worked for a real estate litigation firm in San Francisco. His practice focused on landlord tenant disputes, purchase-sale disputes, and local land use disputes. After moving to Seattle, he worked for a litigation defense firm handling matters from class-action/mass tort defense to pre-litigation defense of civil rights and general liability claims.
When he is not in the downtown Seattle office, Mr. Soldato enjoys exploring local golf courses, spending time at Camano Island, and time with his wife and two boys. He looks forward to truffle training with the family dog Zucca, a Lagotto Romagnolo.
