Anthony Soldato is a civil litigator who focuses his practice on defending real estate professionals, private companies, and lawyers. Mr. Soldato’s wide-ranging experience representing public entities in California and Washington, real estate investors (large and small), and religious entities, provides him with a unique perspective of all aspects of litigation.
After earning his undergraduate and law degrees from Santa Clara University, Mr. Soldato worked for a real estate litigation firm in San Francisco from 2009-2013 handling all types of real estate disputes. In August 2013, after moving north to the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Mr. Soldato worked in a private civil defense litigation firm handling matters ranging from class-action/mass tort defense to civil rights (Section 1983 claims) on behalf of public entities, large companies, and religious entities. With Klinedinst, Mr. Soldato focuses his practice on real estate matters, employment law, lenders and financial institutions defense, and defense of professional liability and general liability claims.
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Soldato settled on the West Coast in 2001 while attending Santa Clara University (undergraduate) and Santa Clara Law School. During law school, he focused on projects with various Bay Area public entities, pro bono cases as part of the Northern California Innocence Project, and obtained a certificate in International Law. When he is not in the downtown Seattle office, Mr. Soldato enjoys time with his wife and two young boys, exploring local golf courses, and spending time at Camano Island.
