An experienced litigator and trial attorney, David N. Bregman has concentrated his practice on the resolution of complicated business and construction-related disputes. He has tried to verdict a number of cases involving personal injury, business fraud, and construction defect matters. In addition, he has arbitrated over 50 matters, and has extensive experience mediating complex cases to resolution.
In over 20 years of practice, Mr. Bregman has represented individuals, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, corporate clients, and design professionals in a wide array of complex litigation and business matters, including contractual disputes, contract negotiation, corporate formality, real estate, mechanics lien actions, complex construction litigation, mold/indoor air quality lawsuits, and defect matters related to commercial projects, high rise condominiums, and single family homes. He has also successfully handled subrogation matters, construction materials claims, and complex indemnity matters.

Mr. Bregman was born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts and attended the University of San Diego School of Law. He has been licensed to practice law in California since 1990. Mr. Bregman came to Klinedinst PC in August of 2001, and has been a shareholder since 2006.
