As eDiscovery Strategy Counsel at Klinedinst, Robert A. Rosing has substantial experience in all phases of electronic discovery, from preservation to production. He assists with electronic discovery efforts, including managing all aspects of data preservation, collection, processing and filtering and document review. Mr. Rosing is very familiar with the various stages of e-discovery, including identification of relevant electronically stored information, data culling, predictive coding protocols, privilege and responsiveness reviews. He also serves as a liaison between and among clients, trial counsel, review attorney teams, vendors, and IT and other technical support personnel. Much of his experience is in complex shareholder cases where he has worked on a variety of matters involving complex legal and factual issues.
Before joining Klinedinst, Mr. Rosing worked for several AmLaw 100 firms on a contract basis to assist legal teams with trial preparation, document review, motion work, and deposition preparation. His work on legal matters spanned a wide spectrum of practice areas including business litigation, securities, SEC investigations, products liability, intellectual property, construction, real estate, patent litigation, pharmaceuticals, environmental litigation, contract law, and municipal matters.
Mr. Rosing earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University School of Business, with an emphasis in real estate. He earned his B.A. from University of Illinois, graduating magna cum laude with departmental distinction in Speech Communication. He is licensed to practice law in California and Illinois.
