Robin V. O'Shea is an associate in Klinedinst's San Diego office, where she defends businesses and individuals in construction and general liability matters. As part of the Construction and Real Estate litigation team, Ms. O’Shea has assisted with numerous high-profile construction and real estate litigation matters, defending cases involving potential damages in excess of $55 million. She has successfully represented clients through over 50 mediations, and was second chair in a seven-week wrongful death case with exposure in excess of $2 million. Ms. O'Shea received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, where she graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Communication. Ms. O'Shea then went on to earn her J.D. magna cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law. While at Pepperdine, Ms. O'Shea served as a staff member and Editor on the Pepperdine Law Review, competed nationally on the Pepperdine Interschool Moot Court Team, and received membership in the Order of the Coif. Ms. O'Shea received the CALI Award for Excellence in Civil Procedure II, Federal Income Tax, Media and the Law, Police Practices, and California Family Law. Ms. O'Shea is an active member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, and volunteers her time locally and nationally for a female collegiate organization conducting training and one-on-one counseling in the areas of leadership, values, and ethics.
