Sarah H. Lanham is a Shareholder in Klinedinst’s San Diego office. Ms. Lanham is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney whose practice focuses on business litigation, professional liability defense, HOA litigation, and class action defense. Ms. Lanham’s recent successes include two successful trials on behalf of a Homeowners Association in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California and several successful dispositive motions.
Ms. Lanham is a voracious advocate who enjoys fighting for her clients’ rights, while at the same time has the business acumen and common sense to keep her practice reasonable and efficient. Ms. Lanham is skilled at dissecting a case from its inception to allow for a quick game plan to lead her clients to the ultimate goal—a good resolution.
Born and raised in San Diego, Ms. Lanham went to Northern California for her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California at Berkeley. After a brief return to San Diego and an interlude in social work where she worked for two years with developmentally disabled adults, Ms. Lanham received her juris doctorate from the University of California at Davis in 2000.

When not practicing law, Ms. Lanham enjoys having fun with her husband, their two beautiful children, and their various animals.
