Construction / Real Estate / Complex Litigation Attorney – San Diego

Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience in construction litigation, real estate, and/or complex civil litigation to join our team in our largest office in downtown San Diego, with the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state.

The ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility, independently handling cases while tackling complex issues. We’re also looking for attorneys with experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.

Coming to work with a solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork will be critical factors for success in this position.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

  • California licensed with 3+ years of experience in general litigation (GL), business litigation, and/or complex civil litigationc
  • Strong academic background and the ambition to create an extraordinary career
  • Candidates with construction defect and/or construction and real estate law experience are desired
  • Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Pay range: $130,000-175,000 per year (depends on experience).
  • Team player who’s ready to take on responsibility
