Klinedinst Senior Counsel David M. Majchrzak has been selected to serve as Secretary of the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA). As the hub of San Diego’s diverse legal community, SDCBA connects and promotes those within the legal profession.
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA – Klinedinst is pleased to announce Senior Counsel David M. Majchrzak has been chosen by the Board of Directors to serve as Secretary of the the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA). Mr. Majchrzak will serve a one-year term for 2019. As Secretary, he will act as the historian of the board, serve on the five-person executive committee, and chair the strategic framework working group.
With over 10,000 members, SDCBA is the county’s oldest and largest law‐related organization, and serves as the hub of the region’s legal community. Governed by an 18-member Board of Directors, the organization’s mission is to be San Diego County’s representative of the legal profession, serving the public and the profession by enhancing the legal system and promoting justice, professional excellence, and respect for the law.

Mr. Majchrzak joined the SDCBA’s Board of Directors at the beginning of 2018 and is currently serving a three year term. A leader in local, county, state, and national organizations, Mr. Majchrzak has developed a wealth of experience in serving diverse membership bases and honing traits for effective leadership. In addition to serving as Director of the organization, Mr. Majchrzak also serves a dual role as Chair of SDCBA’s prestigious Legal Ethics Committee. He is also a member of its Executive Committee, and co-editor and co-author of the SDCBA’s publication, Ethics Quarterly.
