SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA – Klinedinst is pleased to welcome Jasmine M. Samuels as the newest addition to the Employment and Labor team in San Diego.
Ms. Samuels works with employers to provide a broad range of employment law services, including employment counseling and employment litigation defense. Ms. Samuels defends employers in cases alleging wrongful termination, gender discrimination, wage and hour disputes, sexual harassment, and other employment matters.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Samuels’ practice focused on the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil litigation matters, including business litigation and real estate. Her experience representing both individuals, companies and other organizations makes her a versatile member of the San Diego team.

Ms. Samuels is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William V. Gallo. Prior to law school, Ms. Samuels obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license from the California Department of Real Estate and worked as an in-house paralegal for a real estate and mortgage asset management company. Ms. Samuels also received her B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton.
