Klinedinst employment attorney Nadia Bermudez has been designated a Lawyer Representative by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. Bermudez will serve a three year term through 2019.
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA – Klinedinst is pleased to announce employment attorney Nadia Bermudez has been appointed to serve as a Lawyer Representative by the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Ms. Bermudez will serve a three year term through 2019. As a Lawyer Representative, she will actively attend and participate in the annual District Conference and the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference, and assist in the organization of various special projects.

Many highly qualified attorneys apply for the position; however, only seven were selected for this term. Lawyer Representatives are members of the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference. This position is specifically designed for experienced practitioners who have demonstrated a high commitment to the Court.
