Andrew J. Londerholm is an associate in the San Diego office of Klinedinst PC. Mr. Londerholm focuses his practice on residential and commercial construction litigation, as well as general liability litigation.
Mr. Londerholm has considerable experience representing clients in complex litigation with significant courtroom and trial experience. He has successfully litigated public and private construction disputes on behalf of developers, general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors. Mr. Londerholm has extensive experience with residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, which include high-rise, infill, mid-rise, and large condominium conversion projects. He is also intimately familiar with WRAP projects, including acquisition, analysis, and litigation of this type of policy. He also represents prominent businesses in general liability matters. Prior to joining Klinedinst, Mr. Londerholm’s practice included trust and estate matters, environmental and toxic tort litigation, personal injury, and products liability.
Mr. Londerholm earned his Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with a concentration in Environmental Law. During law school, he earned a spot on the Dean’s Scholarship List and received a Capital Commendation by the University’s Capital Center for Law & Policy for his pro bono legal services. Mr. Londerholm received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles, where we was a Becher W. Hungerford and William Meyer Scholar.
