Andrew Parsons is an attorney with Klinedinst PC.
As a member of Klinedinst PC’s Corporate and Transactional Practice Group, Mr. Parsons routinely handles corporate governance, qualification, and formation matters. Mr. Parsons coordinates the execution of various complex transactions, including the raising of capital, the offering of secured and unsecured debt, the negotiation of corporate buyouts and restructuring, and the merger and acquisition of private entities. Additionally, Mr. Parsons has significant knowledge of and experience with government contracts, special certificates, and bid procurement and protests. Mr. Parsons also counsels medical practitioners with respect to recruitment agreements, partnership interests and negotiations, and franchising.
Mr. Parsons is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was consistently honored for his student leadership. Mr. Parsons was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his contributions to a course analyzing the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Mr. Parsons is an avid traveler and animal lover.
