Anthony Soldato is a civil litigator who focuses his practice on all aspects of litigation including defense of real estate professionals and brokers, private companies, lenders and financial institutions, and professional and general liability claims.
After earning his undergraduate and law degrees from Santa Clara University, Mr. Soldato worked for a real estate litigation firm in San Francisco from handling real estate matters in federal and state court, landlord-tenant disputes (commercial and residential), and administrative issues before the San Francisco Rent Board and Board of Appeals. In August 2013, after moving north to the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Mr. Soldato worked in a private civil defense litigation firm handling matters ranging from class-action/mass tort defense to civil rights claims against public entities, private companies, and religious entities.
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Soldato settled on the West Coast in 2001 while attending Santa Clara University. When he is not enjoying the view of Mount Rainier from the downtown Seattle office, Mr. Soldato enjoys time with his wife and two young boys, waiting for NHL Seattle to begin, and spending time at Camano Island.
