Cayla J. Witty is an attorney in the Las Vegas office of Klinedinst. Her practice includes a wide variety of civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on employment matters including wage-and-hour disputes, employment discrimination complaints, breach of contract and non-compete agreements, wrongful termination, and other business disputes. Representing entities big and small, including local and municipal governments, landscaping contractors, and growing tech and gaming companies, Ms. Witty has handled workplace investigations, pre-trial alternative dispute resolution, mediation, special master proceedings and more, including confirming appeals on civil rights defense judgments. She approaches litigation with a holistic, real-world perspective, gained from years of legal practice as well as time as a clerk with the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County, Nevada, and as a staff attorney with the Court of Appeals with Nevada.

As a former small business owner herself, she particularly values working with business clients looking to develop and strengthen their workplace culture through training, performance management support, and legal advice.
