G. Dale Britton is a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Since joining the firm in 1994, Mr. Britton has built a successful appellate practice based upon his experience and success in handling commercial litigation, trademark infringement claims, professional liability litigation, insurance disputes, product liability defense, and large-scale foodborne illness claims.
Mr. Britton is Chair of the firm’s Appellate Department, and litigates a diverse selection of matters for individual and corporate clients in state and federal court. Mr. Britton represents clients in several different Districts of the California Court of Appeal and in the California Supreme Court, as well as in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
A recipient of Martindale-Hubbell’s AV®-Preeminent™ rating, Mr. Britton has been licensed to practice law in California since 1994, and has been a shareholder in the firm since 1999.
