Dylan J. Morales is an attorney at Klinedinst’s San Diego office. Mr. Morales’ practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, employment litigation, and construction. He specifically handles complex wage and hour issues, as well as allegations of retaliation and discrimination. Passionate about advocacy, Mr. Morales works to resolve individual and representative employment disputes in the workplace. Mr. Morales is also bilingual in English and Spanish and conversational in Portuguese, which allows him to build strong ties with a diverse client base.
Mr. Morales obtained his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law. After exhibiting an early interest in labor and employment law, Mr. Morales earned a concentration in this field, prompting him to write his dissertation on employment law relevant to undocumented employees in California. While in law school, Mr. Morales earned a Distinguished Advocate Award in competitive Moot Court negotiation, as well as the Dean’s Diversity Award.
During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Morales earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from San Diego State University. He was also the recipient of several scholarships, including the university’s Vice-President Award for Student Leadership and Conflict Resolution Skills. In his spare time, Mr. Morales enjoys hiking, weight-lifting, reading, and spending time with his cat.
