Emily J. Atherton is a Los Angeles-based attorney who helps clients in a multitude of practice areas, including, in part, employment litigation, product liability, premises liability, asbestos litigation, construction defect litigation, and general liability matters. In the employment context, Ms. Atherton is a fierce advocate for her clients in cases involving harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, as well as wage and hour disputes. Ms. Atherton handles cases involving individual claims, as well as class action litigation and PAGA claims. Ms. Atherton obtained her undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of California at Los Angeles, where she majored in English Literature.
