Erin M. Thenell is an associate in the firm’s Seattle office where she represents clients in business and commercial litigation matters, banks and credit unions, general liability, and various other civil litigation matters.
Prior to joining Klinedinst, Ms. Thenell was an associate at a large Seattle firm where her practice involved civil defense work, including catastrophic loss and injury. She focused on defending religious organizations, including Catholic Archdioceses across the world. During law school, she worked as a Rule 9 Law Clerk for the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Washington. During her time at the Attorney General’s Office, she focused on juvenile dependency litigation. Ms. Thenell also spent time working for a boutique insurance defense firm in Portland, Oregon.
Ms. Thenell is a member of The Order of the Barristers, a national honor society. While in law school, Ms. Thenell was a member of the Moot Court Board. She competed at both the local and regional level, including the George Washington School of Law Religious Freedom Regional Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C.
