Grace P. Gower

Senior Counsel

Grace P. Gower is an experienced civil litigator, successfully handling cases from pre-lawsuit to trial and post-trial. Ms. Gower also handles advisory matters for several corporations, providing advice on contracts and litigation risk management.

For over a decade, she has represented a wide variety of clients in diverse areas of law, primarily involving complex litigation matters, including business disputes, contractual disputes, commercial and residential real estate, and construction matters. She has represented business owners, individuals, property owners, homeowners associations, non-profits, the hospitality industry, developers, general contractors, subcontractors and real estate brokerages and agents. She has also represented both healthcare and corporate clients in the defense of general litigation matters during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Ms. Gower’s skillset includes defending tort and casualty actions such high-value personal injury actions, wrongful death, motor vehicle, premises liability.  

In her practice, Ms. Gower has successfully defended and prosecuted cases involving business disputes, including breach of contract actions, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud cases. She has taken on and settled many cases prior to litigation and at all phases during litigation by using practical and cost-effective alternative dispute resolution options.

Ms. Gower received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego. She received her law degree on scholarship from the University of San Diego School of Law. She is a member of the SDCBA Real Property Law Section, SDCBA Business Law Section, and the Real Property Law Section of California Lawyers Association. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys staying active in the legal community.
