Gustavo Silvestre Boldrini is an attorney in Klinedinst’s Los Angeles office. In his practice, Mr. Boldrini handles business litigation and general liability matters. He also defends lawyers and professionals in malpractice claims.
Mr. Boldrini is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including early case strategy and evaluation, discovery, depositions, law and motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Boldrini worked at a specialized boutique focused on legal and professional malpractice, and business litigation. Mr. Boldrini has also represented national insurance carriers in personal injury actions, insurance fraud investigations, and insurance coverage determinations. While in law school, Mr. Boldrini worked as an in-house law clerk for a property management company, handling business disputes, transactional matters, and corporate compliance.
Mr. Boldrini graduated from Loyola Law School in downtown Los Angeles in 2020. While at Loyola, he took advanced courses in torts, negotiations, business planning, and litigation. Mr. Boldrini also received a Mediation Certificate satisfying the CA Dispute Resolution Programs Act. Prior to law school, he received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Cal State Fullerton.
Originally from Brazil, Mr. Boldrini speaks fluent Portuguese and conversational Spanish. He was an accomplished wrestler in his youth and continues to enjoy Brazilian Ju-Jitsu and mixed martial arts. He also enjoys cooking, traveling, and weightlifting.
