Jasmine M. Samuels is an associate attorney in Klinedinst’s San Diego office where she is a member of the Labor and Employment practice group. Prior to joining Klinedinst, Ms. Samuels’ practice focused on the representation of plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil litigation matters including, real estate, labor and employment, and business disputes. Ms. Samuels also has experience in a variety of insurance defense matters, ranging from construction defect, motor vehicle liability, professional liability, and product liability. 

Ms. Samuels earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William V. Gallo and worked as a corporate counsel extern for a real estate development and property management company. Additionally, she worked as a law clerk for various civil defense and transactional law firms in San Diego.
