John T. Madden is an attorney in Klinedinst’s Sacramento office. Mr. Madden’s primary practice concerns the representation of businesses and financial institutions.
Prior to joining Klinedinst, Mr. Madden’s practice focused on the representation of financial institutions and corporations in diverse transactional and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Mr. Madden also has substantial experience representing corporate debtors in all aspects of commercial restructuring and insolvency matters.
Mr. Madden is graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude. While at UCLA, he was active in several honor societies and was a member of the UCLA Men’s Crew Team. After graduation, he attended The London School of Economics and Political Science.
Mr. Madden earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. During law school, Mr. Madden was a recipient of a Dean’s Scholarship and was a staff writer for Loyola’s Entertainment Law Review. He also externed for the Los Angeles City Attorney and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Sheri Bluebond of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
