Leanna Henderson is an associate attorney at Klinedinst Sacramento. Ms. Henderson has in-depth experience in all phases of civil litigation, representing clients on a range of matters including, business litigation, construction law, real estate disputes, and government contracts.
Prior to joining Klinedinst, Ms. Henderson’s practice involved the representation of prime contractors and subcontractors throughout all phases of construction, from contract drafting to post-completion dispute resolution. Additionally, she represented clients on matters involving insurance disputes, real estate transaction disputes, as well as trade secret violations.
Ms. Henderson has extensive experience in construction defect defense as well as mechanics’ liens and contract performance disputes. Ms. Henderson is well-versed in insurance related issues and has pursued bad faith claims against insurance carriers on behalf of her clients.
Active in the legal community, Ms. Henderson is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association (SCBA), the Schwartz-Levi Chapter of the American Inn of Court, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and the American Bar Association.
Ms. Henderson is a member of the State Bar of California and earned her J.D. from the UC Davis School of Law in 2016. While in law school, Ms. Henderson served as the Vice President and Co-Chair of the King Hall Wine Law Society, Executive Editor to the Environs, Environmental Law and Policy Journal, and was heavily involved in the Federalist Society.
