Leanna L. H. Vault is an associate attorney at Klinedinst Sacramento. Ms. Vault has in-depth experience in all phases of civil litigation, representing clients on a range of matters including, business litigation, construction law, real estate disputes, employment law, and government contracts.
Ms. Vault brings to Klinedinst experience involving the representation of prime contractors and subcontractors throughout all phases of construction, from contract drafting to post-completion dispute resolution. Additionally, she represented clients on matters involving insurance disputes, real estate transaction disputes, as well as trade secret violations.
Ms. Vault has extensive experience in construction defect defense as well as mechanics’ liens and contract performance disputes. Ms. Vault is well-versed in insurance related issues and has pursued bad faith claims against insurance carriers on behalf of her clients. Her knowledge and experience on employment cases makes her uniquely situated to advise construction and real estate clientele, as well as other business clients on employment counseling and litigation issues.
In the employment context, Ms. Vault is an advocate for her clients in cases involving harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, as well as wage and hour disputes. Ms. Vault handles cases involving individual claims, as well as class action litigation and PAGA claims.
Active in the legal community, Ms. Vault is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association (SCBA), the Schwartz-Levi Chapter of the American Inn of Court, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and the American Bar Association.
Ms. Vault is a member of the State Bar of California and earned her J.D. from the UC Davis School of Law in 2016. While in law school, Ms. Vault served as the Vice President and Co-Chair of the King Hall Wine Law Society, Executive Editor to the Environs, Environmental Law and Policy Journal, and was heavily involved in the Federalist Society.
