Michael Solomon is a Seattle-based business lawyer serving clients across the Pacific Northwest. He handles matters involving commercial, insurance, employment, and professional liability, and also represents lenders and financial institutions in disputes throughout Washington state.
Before joining Klinedinst, Mr. Solomon developed a wide client base handling all aspects of commercial and general litigation. Over the course of his career, he has accumulated knowledge and experience as a litigator and engages in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, such as mediation and arbitration. In cases where ADR was not appropriate, he gained exemplary trial experience sitting first chair in six jury and bench civil trials. He is committed to providing top-tier representation to each of his clients, protecting their rights and obtaining the best possible resolutions to their situations. Mr. Solomon has been recognized by his peers as a Rising Star by Washington Super Lawyers® in 2021 and again in 2022.
Prior to moving to Seattle, Mr. Solomon spent several years practicing law in the Philadelphia area. He is a former judicial fellow with the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and litigated as an associate attorney with various firms throughout the Philadelphia region.
Mr. Solomon is a firm believer in giving back to his community through volunteer service. While practicing in Philadelphia, he provided pro bono representation through the Support Center for Child Advocates. As a Seattle attorney, he has volunteered with King County Bar Association’s Housing Justice Project.
In 2011, Mr. Solomon received a B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University. He then went on to graduate from the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University in 2014. Today, he holds tri-licensure in Washington, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
