Rima Sawhney represents and advises employers, and has experience investigating and defending discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Ms. Sawhney also assists clients on workplace leave related issues and risk reduction strategies for employee discipline and terminations.
While earning her law degree at California Western School of Law, Ms. Sawhney externed at the U.S. District Court Southern District of California for The Honorable Linda Lopez. She was an Honors Instructor for the school’s legal writing program. She also received an Area of Concentration certificate in Employment & Labor Law. Ms. Sawhney was also honored to be inducted into the Wiley E. Manuel Honors Society. She served as a board member for the Business Law Society, Employment & Labor Law Society, South Asian Law Student Association, and Women’s Law Caucus.
