Counsel

A. Stanley Moreau, IV is Counsel in Klinedinst’s San Diego office. As part of his practice, he regularly defends clients in business and commercial litigation, casualty/general liability, and employment. He works with a variety of clientele, from restaurants and members of the hospitality industry, to construction and real estate companies. He also helps emerging companies with business formation, corporate maintenance, defense of intellectual property, and other matters as an outside counsel.

Prior to joining Klinedinst, Mr. Moreau worked for several legal practitioners in the greater San Diego area, representing clients in a broad range of civil litigation, from bankruptcy and professional liability to trademark, copyright, and idea law.

In the local community, Mr. Moreau is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association. He also regularly volunteers with the Surfrider Foundation, and loves catching a wave at a San Diego beach when the opportunity arises.

Mr. Moreau earned his law degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, where he graduated cum laude. As a law student, he was a Thomas Jefferson Fellow and an Intellectual Property Fellow, as well as an active member of the Student Bar Association, Intellectual Property Law Society, and the Entertainment Society. Previously, he earned two undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Journalism from California State University, Long Beach.
