Taelor S. Evans is an associate attorney who works with Nevada and California clients in litigation involving general liability defense, casualty, and premises liability.
Prior to joining Klinedinst, Ms. Evans developed significant experience handling personal injury and business litigation at a respected boutique law firm in Las Vegas. She also gained valuable experience in real estate and mortgage finance law. Ms. Evans previously served as a law clerk for the Hon. United States Magistrate Judge George W. Foley Jr. (ret.) in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. She leverages her unique background practicing law in both California and Nevada, in both law firms and as a U.S. District Court law clerk, to bring efficiency and effective advocacy to every matter.
Ms. Evans received her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, graduating with cum laude honors. While in law school, she served on the Board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution’s Team, the Black Law Student Association, and the Moot Court Honor Society. She participated in competitions regularly, and received the Best Orator Award in Moot Court Competition. She received her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV).
