With more than 15 years of legal experience, Gail Stamper has found her niche in the legal industry as a legal assistant/paralegal. Ms. Stamper earned a B.A. in International Studies from Miriam College, Philippines. She also obtained her paralegal certification from the University California, Irvine. In 2013, earned her credential as a Certified Paralegal (CP) designation through NALA. In 2016, she earned her ACP credential designation in Personal Injury – Automobile Accidents program; and in 2021, she earned her ACP credential in Trial Practice.
Ms. Stamper assists trial attorneys in the Irvine office of Klinedinst, PC and monitors cases/claims of a leading global supplier of a product widely used by every household worldwide. Her experience includes business litigation and personal injury cases from pre-litigation stage through trial. Her previous paralegal position has given her the skills to master the field of personal injury (automobile accidents, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, intentional torts, and catastrophic injuries). Her organizational skills, extensive technology expertise, and anticipation to the legal needs of her attorneys has honed her craft. She enjoys the challenges in trial preparation.
