Michelle L. Bains, an associate in Klinedinst PC’s San Diego office, represents corporate and individual clients in complex civil litigation matters. Her practice encompasses product liability, retail, general liability, and business and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Bains advises clients throughout the litigation lifecycle, from early case assessment and strategic planning through discovery, dispositive motion practice, mediation, settlement negotiations, and resolution.
Ms. Bains brings a practical, strategic approach to litigation, and understands that effective advocacy requires not only a strong legal analysis, but also an appreciation of her client’s business objectives and risk tolerance, as well as practical considerations.
Ms. Bains earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served as President and Fundraising Chair of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team. She earned her bachelors degree from the University of California, Irvine, where she served as captain of the UC Irvine Spirit Squad.
