Dana Hollenbeck, CEDS, RCA serves as Director of eDiscovery at Klinedinst PC. Based in the San Diego office, she leads the firm’s end-to-end eDiscovery operations as a Certified Electronic Discovery Specialist (CEDS) and a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA).

With extensive experience managing complex matters and her deep technical knowledge, Dana is responsible for overseeing client-focused eDiscovery solutions from preservation through production. She is committed to driving operational excellence, leveraging emerging technologies, and promoting information governance best practices to manage risk across every matter.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and approachable demeanor, Dana works closely with attorneys, clients and vendors. She is highly regarded for her ability to foster teamwork, and navigate multi-layered challenges with professionalism, efficiency and well-rounded insight.

She previously served as Chapter Director for the San Diego chapter of Women in eDiscovery. She is a current member of International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), Women in eDiscovery (WiE), San Diego ESI Forum, National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), and USD Paralegal Alumni Association.

Ms. Hollenbeck holds a B.A. and B.S. from San Diego State University, a Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego, and a professional certificate in Project Management.
