Ms. Sarang’s extensive experience includes leading corporate legal departments, and providing regulatory guidance on corporate matters and M&A transactions at various law firms located in Tehran. She has effectively managed contract lifecycles and intellectual property portfolios while delivering compliance counsel to clients across various industries.
In her previous role as a Legal Clinic Fellow at the University of San Diego, Ms. Sarang advised entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses, ensuring they navigate the complexities of launching and scaling innovative ventures.
