Danielle Otero serves as Counsel in Klinedinst San Diego. As part of her practice, she works with clients in a variety of business and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Klinedinst, Ms. Otero handled cases involving medical malpractice defense and employment law defense. In her practice, she has defended physicians, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals and hospital networks, as well as physician groups in litigation. Ms. Otero is licensed in Nevada, where she previously represented casinos and small businesses in litigation involving professional liability, premises liability, and wrongful death. She also has represented medical professionals with the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners.

Ms. Otero earned her J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law in 2016. Before attending law school, she received her B.A. from University of California, Santa Barbara in Global Studies in 2012.
