Seanna K. Scholtemeyer, Senior Counsel in Klinedinst’s San Diego office, is a dedicated and accomplished attorney whose passion for the law and commitment to her clients shine through in her extensive legal career.
Her practice focuses on casualty and general liability defense and counseling and representing employers in California employment law, including wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, and sexual harassment.
Ms. Scholtemeyer’s legal career spans almost 18 years, during which she has gained invaluable experience in various practice areas. Her expertise extends to creditor remedies, judgment enforcement, business, real estate, personal injury, and employment law. This breadth of knowledge allows her to provide comprehensive and effective legal counsel to her clients, advocating for their rights and best interests.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Scholtemeyer was an intern for Senator John McCain in Washington D.C. She earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law and undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. While in law school, she was an intern for the Honorable Ronald S. Prager at the San Diego Superior Court.
In her free time, Ms. Scholtemeyer likes to travel, hike and spend time with her family. She also loves trying new restaurants, reading books and going to the gym.
