In this role, she is responsible for managing day-to-day office functions, leading administrative teams, and ensuring efficient, high-performing operations across multiple offices.

With more than 15 years of experience in legal operations, Ms. Barsamian brings a strong background in staff leadership, recruitment, marketing and organizational management within the law firm environment. She has developed a reputation for building collaborative teams, streamlining processes, and fostering productive relationships with vendors and business partners to support seamless office performance.
