Alexia Porron is an associate in Klinedinst PC’s Irvine office, where her practice focuses on complex business and real estate litigation. She represents clients in state and federal courts in matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret misappropriation, employment disputes, and commercial torts.
Ms. Porron manages a diverse litigation and pre-litigation caseload, overseeing matters from initial assessment through resolution. Her experience includes drafting and arguing substantive and procedural motions, including demurrers, motions to strike, dispositive motions, discovery motions, and trial-related filings. She has also served as second chair in bench trials and arbitration proceedings, assisting with witness examinations, evidentiary strategy, and real-time motion practice.
In addition to her courtroom experience, Ms. Porron works closely with clients throughout all phases of litigation, providing strategic guidance, case updates, and risk analysis. She has successfully represented clients in mediation proceedings and negotiated favorable settlements through detailed case evaluation and persuasive advocacy. Her practice also includes preparing and defending depositions of clients and key witnesses.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Porron gained experience in customs and international trade litigation, supporting matters before the U.S. Court of International Trade. She also worked on a broad range of commercial litigation, probate, and family law matters during her legal clerkship experience.
Ms. Porron earned her Juris Doctor from the Chapman Dale E. Fowler School of Law and received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from California State University, Long Beach, where she also minored in Sociology and received the Political Science Department Academic Excellence Award.
She is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California. Ms. Porron is fluent in Spanish.
