Jennifer Berry, an associate in Klinedinst PC’s San Diego office, focuses her practice on business litigation and complex civil matters. Before joining Klinedinst, Ms. Berry built a distinctive legal background spanning both private practice and senior government service. She has advised public agencies, executives, and boards on complex legal and financial matters, including contracting, compliance, governance, and risk management. This experience provides her with a nuanced understanding of how regulatory frameworks, financial considerations, and operational realities intersect—insight she leverages when representing business clients in complex disputes.

Ms. Berry earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, where she was awarded the Janean Meigs Memorial Award, given to the graduate who demonstrated a caring spirit in service to the students at the university and the community at large.
