Krystal A. Flores is an associate in Klinedinst PC’s Arizona office, where her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including personal injury, insurance defense, professional negligence, medical negligence, and bad-faith litigation. Licensed in Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, Ms. Flores brings a broad, multi-jurisdictional perspective to representing clients throughout the Southwest.
With more than seven years of litigation experience, Ms. Flores has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes matters. Her diverse background includes prosecuting catastrophic personal injury claims on behalf of injured individuals and defending insurance carriers, governmental entities, healthcare providers, and motorists in complex litigation. This dual perspective allows her to anticipate opposing strategies and develop practical, results-oriented solutions for her clients.
Ms. Flores represented plaintiffs in complex personal injury matters, managing cases from initial intake through resolution. She routinely develops and executes discovery strategies, takes and defends depositions, drafts dispositive motions, and prepares cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial. Her experience spans a wide range of matters involving significant injuries, premises liability, professional negligence, and insurance-related disputes.
Ms. Flores has defended insurance carriers and professional healthcare providers in state and federal courts, handling all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, motion practice, and alternative dispute resolution. She also previously served as Head of Arizona Premises Liability for a national plaintiff’s firm, overseeing case evaluation and litigation strategy for a substantial portfolio of matters.
Ms. Flores earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where she was named to the Dean’s List for four semesters and earned a Certificate in Legal Research. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Northern Arizona University.
