Neeru Jindal serves as Shareholder in Klinedinst’s Los Angeles office. She is an experienced complex commercial and corporate litigation attorney skilled in state and federal pretrial and trial advocacy. Her practice includes a wide range of litigation matters, including consumer-facing disputes, finance, business disputes, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, and class action litigation.

Ms. Jindal has in-depth experience with consumer protection statutes and privacy-related laws and regulations at the state and federal level.  Ms. Jindal has defended clients in a variety of cases, including matters alleging violations of the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (“RESPA”), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), as well as state unfair and deceptive acts or practices (“UDAP”) statutes and other consumer lending statutes and regulations, such as those published by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  She also regularly advises clients to ensure compliance with various telecommunications, consumer protection, and privacy laws.

Ms. Jindal has also successfully defended clients in a variety of business and commercial disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, and defamation, among other matters.

Ms. Jindal earned her law degree at USC Gould School of Law, and her B.A. at Claremont McKenna College.
