SACRAMENTO – Klinedinst is pleased to announce that associate Lindsey N. Casillas has joined the Sacramento office of Klinedinst PC. Ms. Casillas will be assisting clients with matters involving business, intellectual property, and professional liability.
Ms. Casillas joins the firm with experience representing both public and private clients in an assortment of litigation and transactional matters, including contracts, professional liability, employment, FDCPA, TCPA, personal injury, business, real property, and intellectual property cases. Ms. Casillas is proficient in seeing civil cases through the litigation process, from intake to resolution, and advising clients regarding available options. She is also uniquely experienced in trademark registration and patent prosecution.

Ms. Casillas earned her Juris Doctorate degree with an Intellectual Property concentration from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Ms. Casillas is passionate about advancing technologies, the protection of rights, and helping clients achieve their objectives. Ms. Casillas is a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California as well as the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern United States District Courts of California, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). She is also the President of Capital Swing Dancers, a local non-profit social organization dedicated to promoting California’s state dance, west coast swing, and encouraging good fellowship.
