Information We Collect
We collect “non-personal information” and “personal information.” non-personal information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal information includes your full name (first name, last name), email address, address, telephone, bank account information (either “financial information” or “bank account and routing number”).
Cookies

How Klinedinst Collects and Uses Your Information
Klinedinst may collect and use personal information and non-personal information (collectively, “Your Information”) for the following purposes:
- To provide the Site or provide you with legal services. Klinedinst may request your Information that is necessary to provide the Site or the legal services Klinedinst offers.
- To improve customer service. Klinedinst may use Your Information to respond to client requests and service needs more efficiently.
- To manage Client Relationships. If You are a Klinedinst client, we may use Your Information, particularly Your business contact information and information relevant for the engagement, for the purpose of managing the relationship and in connection with any potential contractual arrangements between our companies. How Klinedinst Protects Your Information

Your Rights and Choices
Removal
You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications, remove your information from our database, remove your information from blogs, forums or testimonials, unsubscribe from communications related to the Site, or cancel your account by contacting us at privacy@klinedinstlaw.com. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will explain that We are unable to do so and why.
Correcting, Updating and Accessing
Upon your request and authentication of your identity, Klinedinst will provide you with information about the personal information we have collected from you, whether We hold your personal information or whether we process your personal information on behalf of a third party. You have the right to contact us to request the correction, modification or deletion of your personal information. Selling of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to ANY third parties, and take great measures to protect your data. On occasion, Klinedinst may contract with corporate partners to fulfill information requests. Data you provide to Klinedinst may be shared with a corporate partner, but ONLY if that partner agrees to maintain that data under high privacy standards, keeping your information confidential.

Personal Information Retention
Klinedinst PC will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including (but not limited to) for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, government, or other reporting requirements. This is done only for statistical purposes, and to further improve your experience at KlinedinstLaw.com.

Klinedinst does not use your personal information for automated decision making.
Use of External Links
Many pages on the website, including news stories, practice areas, and individual biographies feature links to external third-party websites. These links are provided “as-is” and for additional information. Any information that you provide to parties linked from this website will be maintained under that company’s privacy policy. Information is not shared with Klinedinst by these parties.
Use of Website by Children Under 13
Because of its legal nature, Klinedinst is designed for mature guests over the age of 18. Because we do not ask your age, no information should be submitted to or posted at Klinedinst by guests under 18 years of age. Klinedinst adheres to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and as a policy, does not accept submissions from children under the age of 18. We ask for your help in respecting this policy, and keeping children’s personal information protected.
California
The following disclosures apply only to individuals who reside in California. The CCPA provides additional rights to know, delete and opt out, and requires businesses collecting or disclosing Personal Information to provide notice of rights California residents have and can exercise.
California Notice of Collection. Klinedinst collects information corresponding to the following categories of information identified in the CCPA.
- Identifiers, including name, address, email address, account name, date of birth, Social Security Number, IP address and account identification details assigned to Your account.
- User records, phone number, billing address, credit or debit card information, employment or education information.
- Analytics and Advertising, including purchases and engagement with the Site and Sites.
- Internet activity, including history of visiting and interacting with our Site, browser type, browser language and other information collected automatically.
- Inferences, including information about interests and preferences.

Klinedinst does not generally sell information as the term “sell” is traditionally understood. However, to the extent “sale” under the CCPA is interpreted to include advertising technology activities, We will comply with applicable law as to such activity.

Your request should specify which right you are seeking to exercise and the scope of the request. We will strive to confirm receipt of your request within 10 days. We may require specific information from you to help us verify your identity and process your request. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may deny your requests to know or delete.
Authorized Agent. You can designate an authorized third party to submit requests on your behalf. However, we will require written proof of the agent’s permission to do so and verify your identity directly.
Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right to not be discriminated against as a result of your exercising any of your rights.
Changes
Klinedinst reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time. If and when Klinedinst does so, Klinedinst will post a notification on the applicable Klinedinst website or application. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately. You should periodically check the Site and this privacy page for updates.
