Carson T. H. Emmons, Senior Counsel in Klinedinst PC’s Arizona office, is a litigation attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing financial institutions, businesses, and individuals in mortgage default matters, bankruptcy proceedings, business litigation, and appeals. Licensed in Arizona and Texas, he brings extensive experience advising lenders and servicers on complex foreclosure and creditor-rights matters, as well as defending clients in state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Emmons has developed a particular concentration in mortgage default services. He has advised lenders, servicers, and foreclosure professionals regarding the legal requirements governing judicial and non-judicial foreclosures and has successfully defended clients against alleged violations of state and federal law. His experience also includes serving as trustee in hundreds of non-judicial foreclosures and representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including contested matters and adversary proceedings.

Mr. Emmons’s broader litigation practice encompasses representation of businesses and individuals through all phases of litigation, including discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal. He has successfully defended favorable trial outcomes on appeal and has represented both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy matters. His experience also includes transactional work involving contracts, deeds, purchase agreements, and other business and real estate documents.

Prior to joining Klinedinst, Mr. Emmons served as Managing Attorney with a national law firm focused on mortgage default services. He previously served as Managing Attorney and as Partner with other reputable firms.

Mr. Emmons is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Arizona and Texas, as well as the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
