Christian Landaverde

Associate

Christian Landaverde is an associate in Klinedinst PC’s Irvine office. His practice covers a variety of matters involving civil defense litigation, with a strong focus on personal injury cases, construction defect disputes, and business torts.

Prior to working in private practice, Mr. Landaverde gained valuable experience as a law clerk with the California Department of Transportation, assisting in legal research and trial preparation; and as a member of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law’s Legislative & Public Policy Clinic where he represented the California Grocers’ Association and contributed to the development of legislative solutions.

Mr. Landaverde is a graduate of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he earned academic and community involvement achievements, including receiving the Capital Center Law and Policy Endowed Scholarship, and the Bob Horn Fund Scholarship. He has two published contributions to the California Initiative Review and actively engages in community involvement through various legal organizations.

Dedicated to community service and professional development, Mr. Landaverde is actively involved in the Republican National Lawyers Association, the Federalist Society’s Orange County Attorneys Chapter, and the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County.

Mr. Landaverde is a recipient of the Seal of Biliteracy from the State of California, affirming his proficiency in both English and Spanish.
