Natalie Vance is an experienced litigator, representing professionals and business entities in matters relating to professional malpractice, employment, and business disputes. Known for proactive, results-oriented litigation, Ms. Vance has successfully litigated jury trials, bench trials, binding arbitrations, FINRA arbitrations and appeals. Ms. Vance moved from San Diego to open Klinedinst’s Sacramento office in 2004, but continues to maintain a statewide practice, utilizing Klinedinst’s Southern California locations.
Ms. Vance is certified as a legal specialist by the State Bar’s California Board in Legal Malpractice Law. In 2021, Ms. Vance received the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate issued by USF Office of Corporate Training and Professional Education, the earners of which learn the essential practices and tools designed to increase employee diversity and to create a business model that embraces equity and inclusion.
Ms. Vance graduated summa cum laude from California Western School of Law, where she also received the Trustee’s Award, served as editor of the California Western Law Review, and was a two-year member of the National Moot Court team.
Ms. Vance is a former horse trainer and the author of three published novels.
