Susanna M. Gonzales-McCaulley is an associate in Klinedinst PC’s San Diego office, where her practice focuses on civil litigation throughout California. Ms. Gonzales-McCaulley represents clients through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and dispute resolution. She has extensive hands-on experience conducting and defending depositions, drafting dispositive and discovery motions, and presenting oral arguments at hearings. Her practice also includes participation in settlement conferences, arbitration hearings, and private mediations, where she contributes to strategic case resolution efforts.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Gonzales-McCaulley gained valuable litigation experience through clerkships and internships with several Southern California law firms, where she developed a strong foundation in legal research, drafting pleadings, trial preparation, and client communications. She has supported civil jury trials, prepared witness examinations, and assisted in building comprehensive case strategies.
Ms. Gonzales-McCaulley earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association and participated in the Competitive Advocacy Program and Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Wisconsin Lutheran College, where she was recognized for her leadership and academic achievements.
