Vanessa Moore is an associate in Klinedinst PC’s Seattle office, where her practice includes civil litigation, family law, and real estate transactions, representing clients in matters ranging from construction defect and insurance claims to wrongful death and property law.
Previously, Ms. Moore managed complex family law and civil litigation cases, overseeing multi-million dollar asset divisions, handled UCCJEA foreign jurisdiction disputes, and provided first-chair trial representation. She is recognized for her skillful case management, having managed high-volume caseloads and supervised a robust team of support staff and attorneys in previous roles.
Ms. Moore received her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, where she was an advocate for homeless rights and environmental law. Her legal background also includes experience with externships at the YWCA Sexual Violence Legal Services, internships focusing on bankruptcy and consumer protection, and research roles addressing the Indian Child Welfare Act.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Moore was a licensed realtor, which undoubtably supports her counseling on real estate-related legal matters. She is committed to serving the community and has volunteered with organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club for America, the American Cancer Society, and the King County Sexual Assault Resource Center.
