“This is a tremendous positive for our clients and employees alike,” said Kevin J. Gramling, Managing Shareholder of Klinedinst’s Orange County office. “Two months ago, we celebrated our 19th anniversary in Santa Ana, so leaving the area after nearly two decades is bittersweet. However, our new modern space is centrally-located, with enhanced efficiency and ease of access to the business clients we work with on a daily basis.”
Located just off the 405 freeway, the new space is located in Jamboree Center, a development of five Class A buildings offered by the Irvine Company. Jamboree Center has earned LEED® Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. The complex has also earned the ENERGY STAR® rating by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Clients and guests visiting from out of town are now able to stay at the Hotel Irvine, located steps away from the new office. In addition, Jamboree Center is one of the first to incorporate Tesla energy storage systems, which help reduce peak energy demand by up to 25% and decrease overall energy costs by as much as 10%.

Since opening, Orange County has exploded in growth, and by extension, we have outgrown our own space. To have to move to larger space is a wonderful problem to have, and a sign of our continued belief in the strength in the Orange County business community.”
