Paul H. Burleigh has joined the Klinedinst Los Angeles office as a Shareholder. An experienced litigator, Paul brings his legal skills to the firm’s business and commercial, casualty, and products liability practice groups.
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – Klinedinst is pleased to announce that Paul H. Burleigh has joined the Los Angeles office as a Shareholder. Mr. Burleigh’s practice areas include commercial and business litigation, complex products and premises liability matters, catastrophic personal injury and death claims, and toxic torts. He also counsels clients in regulatory matters including California’s Proposition 65 compliance.
He has prepared and tried cases involving construction and manufacturing equipment, exposure to asbestos, benzene, and mold, automotive component parts, vehicle accidents (truck, auto and motorcycle), fire damage, explosions, medical devices, escalators and elevators, and numerous consumer products.
