Clark J. Cressman is an associate in the downtown San Diego offices of Klinedinst PC. His legal experience includes managing civil litigation across various practice areas and liaising with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. He has gained valuable experience through internships at the Federal Public Defenders and the Utah County Public Defender Association, where he conducted research and drafted motions for criminal cases, showcasing his commitment to public service and advocacy.
Additionally, his role as a law clerk with the Salt Lake County District Attorney further developed his legal acumen, where he briefed the Utah Third District Court on the Rules of Evidence and submitted motions in multiple felony cases.
Clark recently completed his Juris Doctorate at J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University. Throughout his law school journey, Clark has distinguished himself in trial advocacy, notably winning first place at the school’s back-to-school trial advocacy competition and reaching the quarterfinals of the Linda Anderson Trial Advocacy Competition.
